DUI Suspect Causes Fire on Highway 17

A DUI suspect overturned his pick up truck on Highway 17 around 10:00 pm last night just near the Summit overpass. Firefighters at the scene were assisted by the California Highway Patrol. This video was taken by Coleen Dedini, a local resident, on her way home from work. She was standing on the Summit overpass looking towards Santa Cruz.
